  Fulfillment Process

  Confirmation - We contact each customer to verify that the equipment purchased fits the application. One of our sales engineers will confirm the voltage, operating pressure and other installation requirements. They also see if you are interested in having a Rogers verified service provider do start-up services for you. Shipping & Tracking - When your order has been shipped, our shipping department will notify you of the shipping details. Start-up & Warranty (only if going with a Rogers verified service provider for start-up) - If you decide to go with us or one of our partners for start-up services, they will take care of start-up and warranty validation for you.

• Is start-up included with my order?	No. Start-up is an additional service that you will have the option to add when our sales engineer calls to confirm your order.
  How much service clearance is needed?	Allow at least 24" service clearance around the assembly and 42" of clearance in front of electrical panels.
  How do I get my warranty validated?	All you have to do is request that Rogers or one of partners do start-up for you. They will get your warranty validated right after start-up.
  How long should I expect the fulfillment process to take?	You should expect to be contacted to confirm your order within two (2) business days of submitting your order. After that, the lead time varies based on location.
  Do you sell online to people outside of the continental United States?	No, but we can still sell to you if you buy from us direct. Please contact us direct by calling 503-639-0808 or by emailing sales@rogers-machinery.com.
  Can I apply a tax exemption certificate to this purchase?	Only if you contact us direct for the sale. We do not provide tax exemptions for online sales.
