SEEPEX - M Range Macerator Pump
SEEPEX Macerators cut and chop solid and fibrous materials so it can be safely pumped without clogging pipes or damaging other process equipment. Macerators can be found in municipal and industrial waste water applications as well as a multitude of other industries such as food and beverage, pulp and paper, agriculture, biogas, and many more.

- Flow rate: Up to 660 US GPM (up to 150 m3/h)
- Cutter head assembly designed in the form of a cartridge for easy maintenance
- Optional heavy solids collection separator with two large clean-out openings
- Cuts plastic, hair, and fibers that pass through twin shaft designs
- Lower energy consumption compared to alternative macerating technologies
- Simplified construction with a single shaft, seal and bearing set
- Available in two ranges: I range with three sizes, U range with two sizes
- Maceration can be adjusted by flow rate, drive speed, and shear plates with different sized openings
