Rogers Engineered Reciprocating Piston Compresor System (RCS.RP)

Reciprocating Piston compression systems are the ideal solution for operation at atmospheric suction for high pressure applications at low to moderate flow rates or for use as gas-tight boosters with elevated system inlet pressures for higher system flows.  

• RCS.RP compressed air boosters ingest pre-compressed air from your existing plant air system, or from a low-pressure compressor, increasing it to the required higher pressure.  Compressed air boosters are the perfect solution when your existing plant air pressure is not enough. 
• RCS.RP booster systems used in conjunction with our standard units, our systems can provide higher pressures unachievable by the rotary screw technology alone. 
• Oil free design including integral distance piece and self-adjusting oil wipers ensure maximum reliability with lubricated lower end while ensuring CLASS ZERO air quality with a completely oil-free compression chamber. 
• Oil-lubricated RCS.RP systems are available for even higher output pressure capabilities and designed for continuous operation with a nearly limitless gas mixtures possible.
