We are celebrating 75 years of supporting our customers by providing best-in-class utility equipment and unmatched service and support. Rogers Machinery has been able to grow by building off the cornerstone principles laid by its founders and from the support of our amazing team, vendors, and distributor partners.
Rogers Machinery Co. first opened in Portland, OR, in 1949. Founders Ned Rogers & Walter M. Novak served on the U.S.S. Reno in WWII. After the war, the pair opened Rogers Machinery Co. Soon after, they opened a second branch in Eureka, California. Being accessible to customers for support and service became a deliberate strategy.
During the 1980s, technology companies began moving to the Portland metro area, requiring a new standard of compressed air quality. Rogers Machinery partnered with Kobelco to create oil-free air.
Today, Rogers offers the only oil-free rotary-screw compressors that are manufactured, designed, tested and assembled in the United States.
Rogers Machinery operates 15 branches in 8 states. Our support network serves customers across the United States.
“Our 75th anniversary is a momentous occasion for all of us at Rogers Machinery. It is a celebration of our rich history, unwavering commitment, and the trust we have built with our customers over the years.” -Andrew Ragen, CEO
