Gear Pumps
Viking gear pumps offer the ultimate high pressure pumping solution. These powerful gear pumps use meshed gears to pump fluid through displacement.
Viking gear pumps feature:
- No external axial or radical bearings for most applications, which means no lubrication required
- Iron and ductile iron external construction
- Steal internal construction
- Smooth, low pulsing flow
- Easy maintenance with only two moving parts
- A single shaft seal, which means lower maintenance cost than two timed lobe and screw pumps
Spur Gear Pumps
Viking spur gear pumps are constructed from cast iron and ductile iron, and are available with needle bearings for high pressure applications or sleeve bearings.
Liquid Specific Specialty Pumps

Hygienic Pumps 
Viking hygienic pumps meet international standards for sanitary applications like food and beverage processing, brewing, fine chemicals and more. These PD pumps combine the easy maintenance of an internal gear pump with the cleanability of a hygienic pump. Sealed bearings with food grade grease mean bi oil changes are required.
Rotary Vane Pumps
Viking rotary vane pumps provide the best performance for handling low viscosity liquids, offering high pressure and high efficiency for thin liquids. Self-priming Viking rotary vane pumps feature:
- No internal metal to metal contact
- Harder shaft, bushing, casing than competitor vane pumps
- Higher efficiency than centrifugal pumps for lower lifecycle cost because vanes compensate for wear
