    Rogers Machinery History

    Rogers Machinery Company, Inc. was co-founded in 1949 by two WWII veterans, Ned Rogers and Walter M. Novak, who served together aboard the U.S.S. Reno. Following the war, they began building their dream—a compressor system manufacturing facility that would serve many of the booming industries in Portland, Oregon. Current president and CEO of Rogers Machinery, Andrew Ragen, is the grandson of co-founder Walter Novak. Rogers Machinery is proudly veteran founded and veteran owned.

    Rogers Machinery Company is incorporated in the State of Oregon, and our corporate office is located in Portland, where our oil-free Rogers KNW series is manufactured. Our oil-lubricated Rogers K series is manufactured at our Centralia, Washington, location.

    We also have sales, parts, and service branches throughout the Northwest and also in the Western and Southern U.S.
