Heavy Duty Air End Design
The heavy-duty compression module design comes in both single-stage and two-stage, each featuring a full closure inlet valve. The 5:6 rotor profile, lubricant injection and discharge porting is designed for optimal performance, with high volumetric efficiency.
Reliable Motor Drives
Standard NEMA frame motors used on all main drive and fans. These are readily available and are also stocked in our Centralia facility for quick shipment. In addition, Rogers Machinery can provide a machine with your specified motor, starter and VFD brand.
Compressor Control & Remote Monitoring
The Rogers K Series compressor control system combines optimum performance with efficient pressure and flow control. The microprocessor control monitors, regulates, protects and communicates. Machine status, service and repair conditions are communicated through lights and text display. Our standard controller features MODBUS and we offer a range of other remote control and monitoring options. We also offer the option to upgrade to the Goat 3 PLC controls which includes a full color, high resolution touch screen panel.
Inlet Filter/Silencer
The first stage of air treatment is designed to protect lubricant, compressor and system reliability and longevity. The cartridge element and housing are selected for minimum pressure drop and maximum dirt carrying capacity. Most models can be equipped with a tube connection with rain hood to allow remote inlet air supply ducting in harsh environments.
Air/Lubricant Separator
This five stage system produces less than 2 PPM (w) lubricant carryover. It comes complete with sight glasses for lubricant level and scavenging lines.
Oil Separation System
This five stage system produces less than 2 PPM (w) lubricant carryover. It comes complete with sight glasses for lubricant level and scavenging lines.
Inlet Control Valve
The large cast housing operates smoothly and reliably for efficient air flow within a narrow pressure band and operates in Load/Unload, Modulation, and Low Unloaded Horsepower control modes.
Highly Efficient Cooling System
Oversized air and lubricant heat exchangers with automatic temperature control maximize heat rejection and reliability, while minimizing pressure loss which means high efficiency.
The VFD fan option maintains proper operating temperature by sensing lubricant temperature and reducing fan motor speed, thus reducing power consumption. In addition, slower fan speed reduces sound level of the assembly.
The centrifugal separator and reliable auto drain remove moisture and make downstream treatment by filters and dryers more effective. Additional condensate management solutions are available.
