Rogers Engineered Liquid Ring Compression System (RCS.LR)

The technology of the liquid ring compressor is well suited for process gas streams which include condensable vapors and particulates.

Single and two-stage designs for many combinations of flow and discharge pressure to suit many applications.

The seal fluid that forms the liquid ring is commonly water, but does not have to be, as it can be any kind of process compatible fluid. Seal fluid can be separated, filtered/cleaned/treated, cooled and recirculated back to the pump's inlet if desired.

Many different selections for materials of construction (cast iron, stainless steel, specialty metals, combination) and sealing (mechanical seals or packing).
