Rogers Engineered Lubricated Screw Vacuum System (RVS.LS)

The lubricated screw technology brings the efficiency of the screw air end and the oil-sealed principles for achieving depth of vacuum.

Features include:

Can exceed 1000's of CFM per pump and reach vacuum levels deeper than 1 Torr
Operation is best between ~22 and 28 "HgV where they are most efficient in a CFM/kW compared to similar oil-sealed vacuum technologies.
Can be operated as fixed-speed or variable-speed units and utilize both mechanical and electrical systems for capacity control such as modulating inlet valves and reducing operating speeds during initial pull down
Rogers KRVP units can be air or water-cooled and use integral discharge separation to filter and collect oil from the discharge of the pump and recirculate it in a closed-loop system.
