Rotary vane systems perform well in most applications with multiple size ranges and deep ultimate vacuum.
- Oil-sealed compression chambers efficiently absorb the heat of compression and seal against backflow, allowing the pumps to achieve vacuum levels of less than 1 torr.
- Vacuum pumps are capable of running deadheaded (i.e. zero load/closed systems) with no effect on pump operation.
- Often used for food packaging, medical and laboratory vacuum systems due to their wide range of operating flows and vacuum levels.
