  Confirmation - We contact each customer to verify that the equipment purchased fits the application. One of our sales engineers will confirm the voltage, operating pressure and other installation requirements. They also see if you are interested in having a Rogers verified service provider do start-up services for you. Shipping & Tracking - When your order has been shipped, our shipping department will notify you of the shipping details. Start-up & Warranty (only if going with a Rogers verified service provider for start-up) - If you decide to go with us or one of our partners for start-up services, they will take care of start-up and warranty validation for you.

  How it Works

  This robust valve creates a non clogging, straight-through flow. The timer initiates a drain cycle by energizing a magnet coil that slides up the seal assembly and creates a straight through flow path for condensate. When the timer times-out, the coil is de-energized and the seal assembly is spring-returned to the closed position. The opening and closing action also serves to wipe contaminants from the sealing surfaces to ensure a positive seal and no air.

• Is start-up included with my order?	No. Start-up is an additional service that you will have the option to add when our sales engineer calls to confirm your order.
  How long should I expect the fulfillment process to take?	You should expect to be contacted to confirm your order within two (2) business days of submitting your order. After that, the lead time varies based on location.
