Excessive Vacuum Pump Rebuilds Lead to a Better Vacuum System Solution

Recently, a Rogers Sales Engineer noticed a steady stream of vacuum pumps coming through the rebuild shop. He reached out to the facility engineering group to meet and gain an understanding of the application.
The Engineer enlisted the Rogers Audit department to study the power consumption of the 71 pumps in use.
Utilizing the data accumulated from the audit and service department, he recommended that the customer consider a Centralized Vacuum Solution, the MV1202 Quadplex.
Once sizing and concept were approved, the Rogers Sales Engineer worked with a local mechanical contractor to design and quote the piping required for the Centralized Vacuum System.
