    • Proven TechnologyOver 65 years of field experience in all industries has proven that the Rogers Portable Compressors rotary screw design is the preferred choice for reliability, energy efficiency and serviceability.
      Two Stage DesignHeavy duty, two-stage compression module with thrust balancing for long bearing life in each stage. Designed, tested and manufactured in the USA. No other oil-free compressor manufacturer has made that commitment to the North American market.
      Rotor DesignNew stainless steel rotors with PTFE coating in second stage for extended airend life

      • ISO class 0 certified
      • Simplified internal oil piping system design reduces the risk of oil leaks
      • Integrated oil pump ensures lubrication of bearings and gears while the compressor is in operation, extending the life of the airend and bull gear assembly
      • Dual seal vent design prevents oil from entering the compression area
      • Labyrinth seal with oil return groove to ensure zero oil carryover
      • Discharge silencer with built-in check valve reduces leak points and simplifies maintenance
      • Upgraded components with 1-3 year service intervals
      • Convenient motor access for service or replacement
      • Overhead access for service of key components
      • Modular cabinet design with multiple smaller panels for ease of removal and maintenance
