Rogers Engineered Dry Screw Compression System (RCS.DS)

Dry screw compressors produce clean compressed air and/or gas without oil contamination. This is often critical due to the use of the air (food processing, medical, etc.) or the process gas (acid, solvent, etc.) in its application.

• "Dry" means no lubricating oil in the compression chamber
• Timing gears allow for non-contacting screws 
• Dry screw compressors can be single or multi-stage design, with additional stages, increasingly higher discharge pressures are achievable 
• Single stage units operate well as low pressure screw blowers for greater volumetric efficiency as compared to a typical straight lobe blower
• Completely oil-free operation ensures that gas remains uncontaminated in the compression process
• Turn key assemblies can be systemized with air receivers, filters, air dryers and more
