Rogers Engineered Lubricated Screw Compression System (RCS.LS)

Lubricated screw compressors utilize oil lubricant for purposes of cooling, lubricating and sealing. Oil is separated and filtered from the compressed gas and is recycled for reuse. Lubricating allows for a single stage of compression to reach high pressures over a wide range of flows. 

• Can be air, water, or remote cooled (coolers mounted on a separate skid away from the compressor) to best fit the application (outdoor installation, waste heat recovery, etc.).

• Open frame design maximizes equipment maintainability, or optional sound enclosures reduce the overall noise of the system.

• Oil-sealed screw compressors are best used where the compressed gas is inert and non-reactive, ensuring long lubricant life, as the oil mixes with the process gas during compression.
