Rogers Engineered Progressive Cavity Pump System (RPS.PC)

Progressive cavity pumps are best utilized for pumping extremely viscous liquids, liquids with entrained solids, or liquids that are otherwise sheer sensitive.

A flexible, helical-shaped rotor rotates in a softer, typically rubber-based stator that can gently move the product through the pump.

Multiple seal types and materials of construction are available to ensure that the pump will have the longest possible life given the specific application.

Progressive cavity pumps can be applied with a piped inlet or an open hopper style inlet. They create powerful suction at the inlet that helps draw liquid or product into the pump.
These pumps excel in uses where air or gas-liquid mixtures need to be dry primed.
