Rogers Engineered Spur Gear Pump System (RPS.SG)

Spur gear pumps utilize the meshing of two external gear rotors for pumping and are best utilized for clean, lubricating, viscous liquids.

These pumps are often compatible with running at common motor speeds (i.e. 1200, 1800, or 3600 RPM) thus eliminating the need for reducers or additional drive components.

Typically have no external bearings so there is no need for external lubrication

Multiple materials of construction and seal types are available
As with all pumps, choosing the right materials and configurations of seals will lead to peak pump performance and maximum equipment life.
